I work with different types of procurement and procurement including sourcing, negotiation, evaluation and award of contracts. During my previous work I have gained solid knowledge in Procurement and logistics and I always pay attention to the importance between buyer and supplier.As category manager in FTZ, I have the responsibility of some different product groups. Most of my time goes with tires and rims, but in addition, I am also responsible for Diesel (Injektors and pumps), Wheel speed sensors, Cables (Brake, clutch and gear), and Hydralics.My assignments is to ensure that our spare parts program is fullfilled, negotiate with the suppliers and be responsible for where we buy our spare parts.Furthermore I have developed a complete alloy wheel program for FTZ, which means that the company today can deliver alloy wheels to 95% of the vehicle fleet.As a person I'm extrovert, responsible and structured. My strengths are being able to communicate with people across cultures and at all levels, be detail oriented and solve tasks with a successfully outcome.

I started in the purchasing department as a trading trainee and quickly gained independent assignments. My primarily assignments was purchasing from the middle east, and the coordination of the transports.After 1 year in the purchasing department, I moved to the Procurement department of Spare Parts, and became responsible for the OE parts. My assignments was to ensure that our spare parts program was fullfilled, negotiate with the OE suppliers and be responsible for where we bought our OE parts.Due to my knowledge in cars and spare parts, I participated often in the decisions about which suppliers we choosed. One of the purpose was to improve our purchasing of Mercedes OE parts, which I managed to implement.When I finished my education with top marks, I was fortunate enough to continue in the company.
