NN07.com (B2C):Working in a team of 6 people with day-to-day responsibility for 3 of them- Core asset in the successful implementation of the new NN07.com brand webshop of April 2021- Continuously improving and innovating the e-commerce experience to optimize profitability- Developing strategy and quarter to quarter roadmaps- Managing ongoing development, execution and QA of design and UX optimization projects based on best practices and first-hand data together with internal and external stakeholders- CMS super user, developing, maintaining, enabling pages on multiple sites across markets- Overall operational responsibility, improvement and optimization through projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable and best in class performance- Cooperation with logistics to ensure fast and precise execution by 3PL warehouse and making sure that delivery options best match our customers wants and needs while remaining sustainable- Taking part in digital marketing initiatives to facilitate the red thread between marketing initiatives and product availability, merchandising and enrichment while balancing commerciality and brand - Managing packshot production and procedures using the StyleShoots Horizontal system- Recruitment, Training and coaching new hires in the NN07.com tech stack- Managing product enrichment, inventory, merchandising, localization and product enabling- Managing Customer Service to ensure fast and consistent case handling and maintaining and optimization of the customer support platformNN07 B2B:- Responsible for the successful implementation of the new NN07.com brand B2B platform of April 2021- Managing enrichment and enabling of products- Managing seasonal product data sheets- Co-managing the creation of delivery windows and categorization with sale operations- Co-managing the creation of seasonal marketing pages with sales operations- Training and coaching the sales team in the best use of the platform
