Responsible for the Development Hub (21 FTE) 1 Team Lead and 20 Agents in our contact center who had the exciting task of testing new ways of working while balancing all the KPIs that exist in running such a daily operation.The Hub started as a pilot on how to go agile in one of the largest contact centers in Denmark in October 2020. The pilot was concluded in May 2021 and was made permanent in the shape of the Development Hub.Chapter Lead of Agile Development Hub (June-August)

Implemented the P-Gap concept in all 5 YouSee contact centers with among 70+ managers and 800+ customer agents on phone, chat and email.Result: Significant improvement of tNPS in all touchpoints.

- Facilitated Fullrate's strategy process, culminating with the merger of Fullrate into YouSee in January 2020.- Executive Assistant to the CEO and Fullrate Management Team.

As part of MediaCom’s Insight team I helped clients understand their current and potential customers through segmentation studies, audience analysis, track the health of their brands, follow their key marketing KPI’s as well as monitor their competitors, measuring the effects of campaigns, consumer journeys and touchpoint analysis, and trends in both the market and media landscape. All of this is done in order help the clients improve and grow their businesses. I delivered high quality actionable insights which I presented and discussed with the CMO’s, CEO’s and Brand Managers of MediaCom’s clients in cooperation with other specialist units at MediaCom. At the yearly 360-degree evaluation of the performance in the current role in December 2018 I scored 4.39 on a 5-point scale where 0-1 is poor, 1-2 is moderate, 2-3 is good, 3-4 is very good and 4-5 is exceptional.

Full-time position while doing my Master Thesis.- Came up with a list of well-defined actions needed to be taken in order for Lindberg International to reach its full growth potential by improvements in both the sales and the marketing techniques.

This position was two-folded split between working on client projects as a junior consultant and as a business developer.

Mentored a class of 30 freshmen students at Aarhus University during the schoolyear 2013/2014.
