But I have not only been responsible for and managed the full end-to-end value chain, I have also held leadership roles in several functions such as: Procurement, Supply Chain, Operation, Finance, Sales and Strategy. This gives me a good insight into the different aspect of a company, and a strong ability to generate sustainable financial results. With a background of both business leader and business consultant, I have a passion for creating a firm momentum and progress to execute strategic and tactical change. This is done by a comprehensive toolbox, change management, creativity and constant challenge of the current state. As a leaderAs a leader I like to create results through other people and see the organisation develop. I have international management experience from Europe and North America, and multicultural organisational experience with customer, suppliers, partners across the globe. I have also worked across many industries, which gave me opportunities to carry forward the best practices. My background Educated as Engineer in supply chain and finance plus I have an Executive MBA. This combined with many years in varies leadership positions has brought me: 1) An ability to build a sustainability strategy for profitability growth and mobilize the employees behind it. 2) Fast provide an organizational overview hence identify development areas and potential bottle-necks. 3) Ensure goals are met with action plans.
