Hi,Welcome to my LinkedIn profile.I hold a bachelor degree in Education Science, a mix of sociology, psychology, pedagogy, and social science. Education, learning and development was the main focus of my bachelor, and included the way an Individual learns, to how organizations learns, and how politics and economy has influence on education etc.I also hold a Master in Human Resource Management from CBS (Copenhagen Business School), and a leadership education from the danish army as an officer.Today I work with recruitment, development, leadership and business sparring, as well as HR administration as HR Business partner in DBI.
