I developed, tested and presented a comprehensive business project including budgets, market characteristics, consumer preferences and a go-to-market strategy for a Chinese apparel start-up. This resulted in a JV with a Chinese apparel company with approximately 300 employees and yearly revenue of RMB 100 mio.
