Primary focus on securing an effective, understandable and user-adapted flow of communication.Føtex' representative in matters related to the Zendesk-platform system, and responsible for adapting the platform to the needs of the føtex stores (the end users).

Part of the daily flow of communication between Salling Group Headquarter and Bilka and BR stores. Primary focus on securing an effective, understandable and user-adapted flow of communication. Additionally, a range of operational tasks where added to my list of areas of responsibilities. Due to the required versatility of the position, I have dealt with an extremely broad range of different tasks, cases and project. Some of the more noticeable one are:• Coordination of the implementation of the 'Bilka ToGo'-concept into our case-handling system (Zendesk).• Improvement and development of the content kept in our case-handling system (Zendesk).• Implementation of various operational processes, procedures and set-ups for the new BR format. • Creation, maintenance and development of a new user-platform for BR stores. • Development and optimization of internal data- and processing tools.• Co-responsible GDPR-Gatekeeper for Bilka and BR-formats.• Responsible for maintaining opening hours of Bilka and BR stores, both through internal and external systems.

Responsible for the daily flow of communication between Headquarters and the Bilka Store. The primary focus of the position is to secure an effective, understandable and user-adapted flow of communication. Tasks may vary from day to day, and from ad hoc to large scale project. Throughout my time at this position one of my project involved a re-design of an HTML-based platform (with a little JavaScript included), used for maintaining and distributing information to stores. This project was undertaken to create a more user-friendly plat form, both from an aesthetic point and from a usability point. The re-design made navigation easier and more intuitive for the users.

Responsible for the daily flow of communication between Headquarters and the føtex Store. The primary focus of the position is to secure an effective, understandable and user-adapted flow of communication. Throughout by apprenticeship at føtex Support Office I have worked with various tasks and disciplines. As an apprentice at føtex Support Office I have had many different and varying tasks and thus, have learned to adapt to new tasks or organizational changes, while also developing the ability to embrace and comprehend new ideas, tasks or concepts.
