When I was a child I always thought that my dream was to own a restaurant. However, as time passed and I grew up, I discovered that the idea of owning a restaurant was a simple mirage of what truly excited me: making something grow.It doesn't matter whether it's a business, individual skills, or the high-score on the silly mobile-game I play when I am stuck in public transport. This innate desire may be the key as to why I have chosen to obtain a masters degree in International Business at Copenhagen Business School, as the education have given me the tools to not only develop the businesses I have been a part of, but also allowed me to grow personally.That said, I somehow still managed to support my high-school days with some hard-earned cash working as a restaurant manager and my friends really made sure to utilize the free alcohol perk when I became the Operating Officer of a gin bar in central Copenhagen.Despite the escapades within the restaurant industry, I have obtained noteworthy capabilities through the responsibilities of my short-lived professional career. Be it through operating and strategizing a broad supplier portfolio of international brands at Hverdag.dk, managing and developing a team of 16 witty individuals at Dorf's Gastrobar, spending my time at Rockwool trying to figure out why people have such a hard time realizing that you need insulation to keep the heat-bill down, or building Denmarks next ecommerce giants with Algorize.
