Working on a larger transformational project to enrich sales and operations planning through algorithms

Employed in the Integrated Business Planning team. Overall, the team is working to enable more data-driven decision making in the organization through different measures.Notably:- Automated my reporting tasks by learning Power BI (ditching manual Excel number crunching)- Defined reports from SAP in order to create meaningful KPIs- Assisted in strategic decisions regarding:1) handling POS and inventory data for all partners globally2) our CRM system's infrastructure and logics3) principal-agent problems in the organization- Ad-hoc analysis of large datasets typically resulting in a proof of concept of a specific solution- Coordinated efforts with people in multiple divisions (IT, sales, finance, supply chain etc.) and geographies
