At Densou we build advertising software and act as consultants for some of the biggest European publishers and advertisers such as The Guardian, Volkswagen, TV 2 Denmark, Egmont, JP/POL, Berlingske, and many others.My role is multifaceted and includes :- Identifying client needs, and laying the foundation to fulfill them them with rock solid automation software. - Project management of the development. We have a set of ultra skilled (!) in-house developers as well as external development teams. I make sure the train stays on track and no isue gets left behind. We use kanban, and love it.- Managing customer onboarding processes. We have supercharged our onboarding processes, making sure we can spin up new customer instances of our platforms in days.

Managing the online ad ops departement of Denmark's biggest commercial broadcaster.As a leader of the team, I've been in charge of collecting and hiring a diverse group of highly skilled individuals that comprise the most competent and talented ad ops team in Denmark Projects:- Building and leading a team of ad ops soon-to-be superstars that handle all online ads - from programmatic inventory, through fixed partnerships to classic I/O deals (Yes, I'm bragging, but they are good!)- Implementing Google Doubleclick for Publishers across all our online inventory. Included project scoping, contract negotiations, technical implementation and staff training. - Responsible for implementing Cxense Insight, Cxense Content and Cxense DMP across TV 2. A pivotal project that paved the way for monetising our data at scale.- Technical lead on a large-scale strategic partnership between TV 2 and Ebay Denmark. The project centers around data aggregation and segment creation. We're using a mix of semantic analysis (user interest), site behavior (user intent) and cross device detection to optimize ad performance across our sites.

I'm leading a team of dedicated online traffic planners with responsibility for the ad delivery on tv2.dk, one of Denmark's largest news channels.Project management; testing and implementing new products and business opportunities.Merging programmatic buying and RTB into our organisation.Connecting technical and commercial teams to make powerful solutions.Projects: - Leading the technical implementation of in-screen impressions (viewable impressions) in DK. - Managing what was (at that time) probably the world's first "viewable-or-free" inventory.- Developing the technical framework needed to launch TV 2's wildly successful reach-based CPM take-overs ("Dækning & Dominans / "Reach & Dominance").- Drafting and implementing complex retargeting setups for large real estate vendors.- Project lead on the construction of a web-interface that allows TV 2's booking system to interact with our ad servers, freeing up valuable time in the team.
