Leadership has been my professional interest and obligation for the last more than 15 years. Since the first of May 2024 Connector is the organisational home for my professional endeavours where I advice within: Leadership| Organizational Development| Transformation | Coaching | Evaluation| Policy Analysis and Policy Development.I have always worked in Consulting advicing both in Denmark and internationally. In the periode between 2019 and 2024 I was part of the Executive Team in Ramboll Management Consulting with reference to the CEO. I led an international division with more than 300 consultants in Germany, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. During my different leadership positions I have managed to create results on different bottom lines. I have moved organizations strategically, while at the same time creating financial results. This was done with an equal focus on positive customer feedback and high employee motivation. I thrive in complex environments with a natural ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders. At the same time I have worked as a consultant on customer projects. Since I studied political science in the nineties, the development of the public sector has been the focus of my career. My contribution has been through evaluation and implementation approaches and more recently with strategy, facilitation and collaborative leadership. I have worked with clients at both national, regional and local government level which gives me a in depth understanding of the fabrics of the public sector whether the issue is migration, education, police, employment or urban development. My home turf is Denmark but I have worked in both Norway, Sweden and for the EU-Commission. As a person I’m known as a strong collaborator, always approaching new assignments with integrity, focus on the task at hand and on the engagement of the people involved. I often use humour to loosen up the atmosphere.
