Mikko has accumulated close to 13 years of experience advising tenants, property owners and investors in the Real-Estate sector. He has concluded more than 350,000 square meters of office lease transactions, renewals and restructuring for many of large local conglomerates and multinational companies nationwide. Mikko has also remained an active board member of some of the most esteemed organizations in business. He serves the board of the Urban Land Institute Philippines the largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world. Also, he is the Chair for Real-Estate for the Fintech Philippines Association and serves as Co-Chair of the European Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee a membership organization with over 700 members among its ranks and a strong partnership with the government.Apart from his career as a Real-Estate professional, he is an Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Acceler8 the pioneer coworking space in the Philippines with the aim to redefine the way people work and foster a community where members interact and build meaningful connections.As a testament to his skills, back in 2018 he was awarded as Young Achiever of the Year for 2018 by the Philippines Best Brands Awards and was recognized by the Manila Times as part of the distinguished list of Board Room watch subjects.
