- Procurement and delivery of NHT phases 2 and 3, directorship on NHT LLPs and initial exit planning and negotiating transfer of units to long term affordable use - Development and delivery of NHT Council Variant, directorship on LLP boards and viability modelling for potential projects- Development of business case and contractual framework for LAR Housing Trust, securing approvals for initial £55M loan facility and obtaining OSCR registration

- Transfer of SG’s private finance programmes to SFT- securing approval for Business Case for Midlothian and East Renfrewshire joint schools project, undertaking a Lessons Learnt review of Schools PPP programme and development of Scotland’s Schools for the Future programme- working with three leading Tayside housing associations to deliver a joint procurement initiative - procurement and delivery of National Housing Trust initiative

- Organisation set up of brand new start up including IT, systems, policies and procedures, first trustee and permanent staff appointments, tender and appointment of managing agents, purchase of first housing units

Responsible for:- delivering Scottish Goverment’s Public Private Partnership programme of investment across £5bn schools PFI/PPP/NPDO/NPD programmes- development and roll out of the Non Profit Distributing models - advising Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited on financing options for whole fleet replacement and harbour improvements- advising Transport Scotland on development of finance options for the delivery of Borders Railway and Forth Replacement Crossing / Queensferry Crossing and buy out of Skye Bridge - advising on and reviewing Scottish Water Solutions contract / tender and review of PFI portfolio- advising Scottish Prison Service on in-house tender and contract buy back options- development and management of Scottish standard PFI/ PPP / NPD contracts - liaison with HM Treasury and PUK- developing and undertaking Key Stage Reviews for private finance and large scale infrastructure projects including M8, M73, M77 motorway projects and Aberdeen Bypass- secondment to Waste Directorate to advice on procurement and finance options for large scale waste management and recycling projects including including Dumfries and Galloway Waste to Energy Project, Lothians Joint Waste Management Project- advising Orkney Council and Health Board on replacement of Balfour Hospital and Kirkwall Academy joint project - advising the refinancing of Edinburgh and Glasgow Schools PFI projects- procurement or advisers, preparation of business case and set up of Scottish Futures Trust- business case for Angus, Midlothian and East Renferwshire joint schools pilot
