I'm a jack of all trades, a team player, a lean enthusiast and a culture builder with almost 20 years of experience in the field of risk management, business planning, strategy and sustainability. My main concentration areas have been enterprise and operational risk management, business and strategic planning, outsourcing management, business continuity management, compliance, internal control development and corporate governance. I have led or taken part of many development initiatives, such as developing integrated GRC reporting to the management, integrating risk management and sustainability into strategic decision-making, leaning business planning and reporting processes, implementing risk reporting systems as well as renewing the overall business continuity management framework. I also have a vast experience in facilitation as well as internal and external training. I get excited when I'm able to break existing silos and get people to work together in unprecedented ways for greater good.
