I'm responsible for the team of me plus 2-3 other consultants handling all the clients and projects we have. My role includes scheduling and resourcing the incoming projects as well as being in touch with the clients throughout the project from planning to reporting. We are helping dozens of Finnish startups and SMEs every year to innovate new products.

Being the 3rd full-time employee, I started with "you can do the projects you sell" role. When the team grew, my focus shifted from sales to project management and project work, where I help Finnish SMEs to find a ways to innovate and develop new products and services and create new growth in Finland and internationally.

My main objective was to cover the summer holidays of full-time employees making my days and tasks vary drastically from day to day. I learned important lessons about coping with uncertainty and how to learn a lot and fast. Above all that, maybe the most important lesson was to learn to ask for help and advice.
