Worldwide system deployment and training. My task were mainly in manual testing of the functionalities, but I also took part in the specifications and documentation work and did some smaller programming changes. Technologies I have used in programming were C, C++, Tuxedo and Oracle SQL. Other technologies that my team used in this system were C#, Java and Microsoft SQL, so reading of those codes is familiar, even I haven’t personally used those in programming.

In these tasks, I went through the reported defects for the product and prioritizing with the help of various software experts. The first two years I was responsible for handling of defects reported from the operators approval testing. 1st of May - 30th of September 2006 Software automation testing I was involved in developing mobile phone software automation testing tools. My actual task was to develop an approval test set for this tool. This was also the thesis for Turku University of Applied Sciences. The test was later used for subcontractor's release acceptance test during the development time of this tool.1st of January - 30th of April 2006 TRUE Error Manager I was responsible for faults reported from Nokia's internal end-user testing, management of the reports, reproducing the defects and driving those onwards.
