Head of the most successful business unit, Leadership BU, in Talent Vectia (Finnish consultancy & training house). During my service, managed to lift the business unit as nr 1 in Finland (AddValue, Koulutusorganisaatioiden imagotutkimus 2012). Generated several sources of IP in the domestic market for example, by introducing and launching Resilience, an all-new change management concept in the Finnish market. The concept has shaped the overall human change landscape in Finland. Delivered as Program Director several global leadership and sales development programs from USA to China.Started my consulting career as Senior Coach, got promoted to Senior Manager and then Director position in 6 months’ time.

Deputy Store Manager for the first ever IKEA Store in Finland. Head of the store commercial group covering both commercial and non-commercial areas (accountable for logistic chain, sales, marketing, customer service and communication/interior design). During my time in IKEA, graduated from both IMMP, IKEA Marketing Management Program (IKEA tailored MBA in marketing) and ISMP, IKEA Store Manager Program (IKEA tailored MBA in sales). Felt privileged to work with value driven, dedicated workers who enabled our store to win the global kitchen sales competition.

Main responsibilities included being accountable and developing all services at the Arena and acting as facility manager.Key responsibility in contract negotiations and partner agreements (renewal and new contracts). Restructured and upgraded the whole organization (outsourced 80% of the Arena personnel and recruited new employees).

Developed a whole new business model and business unit for Eilakaisla.A business model that started from one Arena to cover the half of Finland (security, service, customer service). Recruited and trained over 250 employees. Employee roll average 150 people.
