CurrentSpring Advisor is a management consulting and financial advisory firm helping business owners, board of directors, executives, and public sector decision makers in demanding business problems by delivering answers that are strictly to the point and actionable. I enjoy solving challenging strategic problems with the team and clients. I am able to utilize modern methods and innovative thinking to achieve practical and value-added solutions. I help customer in strategy work, transforming existing structures, setting up new businesses, creating multiparty alliances, assessing performance and regulative issues in wide range of industries. At Spring Advisor, my job is also to develop the business by creating customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in a variety of ways. I have three main responsibilities at my current job: 1) Responsibility for the clients as their long-term trusted and practical advisor. 2) Responsibility towards the co-workers to create excellent environment for them to thrive and let them contribute to our culture. 3) Responsibility to seek high quality and professional approach in whatever we do.
