As a Research and Development Manager I'm responsible for the R&D projects and communication between international stake holders as well as Sales&Marketing and Production. As a Measurement laboratory manager for an ISO 17025 accredited measurement laboratory I'm responsible for delivering customer measurement orders in the field of XRD, Barkhausen noise and ESPI hole drilling measurements.In both these positions I manage a highly educated staff in the field of Residual stress measurements, whether it is developing new instruments or carrying out measurements.I'm an experimental physicist with a strong background in materials science, measurement systems, data analysis, microfabrication, electrical measurements, cryogenic systems and in X-ray science.
