Running the Finnish operations. Key tasks include both workforce management and business process management, and securing our KPI's. I lead a team of 16 specialists and work in close cooperation with our support team spread throughout the Nordics. I'm also responsible for local recruitment, training as well as managing our outsourcing partners and vendors. My tasks include advisory tasks in portfolio acquisitions.

Running daily operations and ensuring that AK group's operational and strategical goals were met in Finland. I was the operational and generalist contact-point towards our Nordic management in Oslo responsible for staffing, personnel issues as well as operational and financial metrics.

My responsibilities consisted of planning and excecution of our voluntary collections strategy, including calling strategy, customer campaigns and the overall improvements in our customer-service.

At Santander I was in the lead of the consumer loan voluntary collections team. My role was to act as a coach and mentor for the team. I was one of the key persons in the process- and efficiency improvements we gained in the team during the time spent at Santander. I was also responsible for recruitment and training for the new-hires in our team.
