The company designs and manufactures biodegradable implants for sports medicine.My responsibilities included leading the daily production operations, long term and daily production planning including capacity calculations, resourcing and job scheduling based on rough planning of corporate supply chain management, Oracle key user in production.

My main responsibilities were production development projects, LEAN projects, equipment and process validations, production equipment investment projects, ensuring product manufacturability in development projects, deviation handling, CAPA owner.

Institute is a high-tech research unit in tissue engineering research field. Multidisciplinary research areas include materials development and processing, manufacturing technologies of tissue engineering scaffolds and cell technology.Tekes funded project , 10/2003 – 7/2007 My main responsibilities were to develop fiber drawing line, to develop composite manufacturing techniques and to optimize composite properties using statistical DOE to develop material with suitable properties to be used in various applications in the field of bone tissue engineering. Company project, 2/2006 – 12/2007 I worked as a consultant in construction of pilot line for commercial bioactive glass fiber manufacturing.Development project, 9/2006 – 12/2007 I designed 3D construction of an extruder, dies and additional components using SolidWorks and had them manufactured by a vendor.

I worked as an operator with various cardboard processing machines and production lines.
