I founded a nationwide volunteer project that produced and delivered approximately 23,000 full-face protective masks to Czech hospitals during COVID19. YSoft be3D is developing and producing 3D printing solution for Education market vertical. I founded be3D in 2011 as a small startup focused on development of 3D printers, initially designed for DIY and fast prototyping applications. The company developed several types of printers and also helped drive the industry dynamics by own innovations. The company run own mass production facility. As a be3D startup founder I held responsibility for business strategy, research and product development, sales and marketing activities and overall daily agenda in the beginning. During following years the team expanded (to about 25 employees in time of my leave) what enabled me to focus exclusively on business development and setting product strategies. In 2014 I started cooperation with Y Soft Corporation which resulted in successful exit through acquisition of be3D. Between 2014-2016 my main responsibility, as a member of Y Soft’s executive board, was leading the whole 3D printers division and spearheading key strategic project of integration of 3D printers with Y Soft’s print management solution. This goal was reached in 2016 when 3D printing solution for Education was introduced to the market.
