Development and operation of the so-called Intelligent Network(IN), i.e. special Telekom services such as DOMINO, Green Number, MULTISIM, Telematrix.Leadership responsibilities:● Coordinating and prioritising the work of the DEVOPS team ● On-call scheduling ● Liaising with suppliers/developers – my responsibility was placing orders of 10-100 million, following up, monitoring and approving their fulfilment e.g. during new service launches and platform changes.● I was the adviser of my manager on financial (Capex, Opex) decisions from a technical perspective.● Planning and coordinating developments – performing project management tasks.● Technical consultancy for the introduction of new services - Ordering and managing the development of the technical part up to the commissioning/Installation and operation - Recently, I was involved in the development of the MULTISIM service, which involved the business and several technical areas of Telekom. ● Business support – "interpreting" between business and technical departments, translating needs into technical language.Development of IN services:● Upgrading, debugging, testing of existing services ● Developing, testing and deploying new services - recently the successful launch of MULTISIM, with over 100,000 customers.Operation and maintenance of IN services:● Operation of connected network elements – ensuring 99.98% fault-free operation. Troubleshoot components running on cloud services (PaaS and IaaS) and deploy updates for test and live environments.Other:● Development and operation of an automated test system – this has shortened the time to market new services and developments from 5-6 months to 2-3 months.● Handling customer reported Telekom services errors – 99% of errors were successfully analysed and corrected within 1-2 hours.● Handling system errors fault tickets

● I was involved in several modernisation projects and developments. I was responsible for the implementation and operation of all mobile services. E.g. SMS, MMS, video call, conference call. ● The switching exchanges have undergone major changes, e.g. shrinking from room size to cabinet size and increasing their knowledge. My job was to ensure a smooth transition from the old to the more advanced exchanges without the customers noticing anything.● I was also responsible for introducing new services, such as video calling from mobile phones.
