Shapr3D is available on iPad, Mac, and WindowsMy responsibilities and achievements: - Transformed the single-user Shapr3D experience into a seat-based team experience for collaboration, overseeing the entire design process of the infrastructure, from developing the feature's foundations like monetization models and user access control to designing user journeys and final UI designs- Redesigned the user onboarding journey from concept to final UI, resulting in a 9% improvement in the onboarding rate, a significant advancement for a historically stable metric, and a 13.46% boost in the first-day trial start rate on the iPad app - Redesigned the entire self-serve purchase experience to enable multi-seat team subscriptions.- Facilitated a discovery workshop with user researchers and product managers to establish the user lifecycle journeys of the B2B segment.
