I mentor and coach the senior SMs of the company.

My focus was building the Virgo Scrum Master Community. I was responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and coaching Scrum Masters. I introduced a mentoring network to boost their professional development and support them becoming servant leaders for their teams. I also introduced a SM book club for joint learning. I facilitated the creation of the Scrum Master Community vision. In one year the community grew to 10 SMs from the original 3 and their respect throughout the company developed considerably. I supported the community in working on company-wide issues in Scrum, like introducing OKR, dual track Scrum, co-operation among different locations and subsidiaries of the company. I created a community of practice for giving better presentations throughout the company. Besides that I also participated in the inception phase of product developments facilitating lean inception, lean canvas, design sprint and inception deck workshops.

I managed the agile transition of the company with the assistance of professional agile coaches.

I trained the pioneer team on Scrum basics at Lechner Tudásközpont, a governmental agency responsible for the digitalization of public services in construction. I trained, mentored and coached the SM and the PO of the pioneer team. I coached C level management in understanding and supporting Scrum at team level. After meeting the deadlines with the pioneer team on critical products I started coaching the PO and SM of the two other teams. I introduced the lean inception method in the company. I moderated lean inception on 4 products and trained 3 people on moderating lean inception.
