Attached with the Professional & Techincal Engineering arm of Kelly, Michelle specialises in search for the Engineering and Technical She is an Industry Specialist, specializing in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Engineering, Specialty Chemical and EPCC.Training & Recruitment Spearheaded the Research Consultant team for search development and deployment methodologies  Recruitment and training of new team membersBusiness Development To source and identify new businesses in the market. To make initial contact and arrange meeting with new clients. Introduction of services, products and methodology to prospective clients.Key Account Management Handling all needs of clients and segregation of work flow to fellow consultants. Ensuring client engagement  Ensuring that job orders are fulfilled and worked on, generating client reports  Expediting of feedback and hiring process. Coordinating and expediting of interviews  Participation of interviews between client and candidate. Negotiation/ advising clients of candidate’s expectations - compensation and benefits Coordination of financial matters e.g. invoices, payments.Talent Sourcing Sourcing and identifying candidates through search methodology Thorough interview of candidates to ensure correct skills sets, and motivation identified. Educating candidates about interview etiquette when required Preparation of candidates prior attending interviews. Negotiation of wage, date of joining, and counteroffers with shortlisted candidates Risk management of candidates Candidate relations - Assisting and or advising candidates where relocation is needed. Ensuring the good welfare of candidates who has reported to duty.
