What started as "Hey Mikołaj, can you come up with a catchy headline for me?" turned into an area that I was fully responsible for. For those two years, everything on the Internet about tonik was written (or at least edited) by yours truly. And sometimes I wrote copy for our clients too.

With my know-how about how tonik works as a company, I became a team leader who took care of a small design team. Additionally, I identified and solved various problems the organization faced. And on top of that, I helped to improve the design department under the DesignOps hood.

My main job at tonik was designing functional and aesthetic products. I helped early-stage startups define, design, and scale their MVPs, as well as supported design teams in mature organizations. Sometimes I also led the design team working on the project — then I wore the manager's hat too.
