- Deliver the technical implementation of dunnhumby Media services with the client’s engineering team.Respond to client’s technical requests and take care of any technical issues related to dunnhumby Media services.- Trace issues encountered during dunnhumby Media services configuration and testing to root cause, and troubleshoot or assist with resolution.- Manage stakeholder expectations around the implementation and potential campaign limitations, explaining technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience (e.g. Media Planners or client marketing teams)Support Media Planners and Technical Account Managers with implementation health checks and insights.- Resolve technical implementation issues with client data providers, 3rd party tag management systems and 3rd party tracking providers.- Document technical specifications of product implementations to quality assure deployment plans.- Support process improvements to drive efficiencies in the way we manage, deploy and support our dunnyhumby Media services, under guidance from Implementation Manager.

- Technical specialist on Sociomantic RTB eCommerce products and solutions for CEE (4 years), FR (1 year) and globally (1 year)- Providing technical support for clients with regards to product data and tracking functionalities (Javascript, HTML5, XSLT)- Supporting the Sales Team in pre-sales process- Supervise and manage technical issues with regards to RTB performance optimization- Work with clients and colleagues to deliver consistent product performance and develop solutions for product issues

Client based projects:- developing BI solutions (KPI dashboards, reports, data visualizations)- design, development and maintenance of mobile BI apps (iPad, iPhone, Android)- participating in the full range of project development stagesInternal projects:- member of Mobile Center of Excellence - a unit accountable for grouping together the best mobile developers into a single core group to develop and maintain mobile demos and MicroStartegy Mobile application for the Apple AppStore and Google PlayStore- creating BI reports concerning operational performance of the company- providing support for the MicroStrategy’s product suite
