At Sandos I led the online implementation of the company vision of differentiating by offering innovative, delightful experiences. During the years of my collaboration, I was instrumental in switching B Human's focus from web content management to multi-channel CMS solutions provider for enterprise customers, shaping and leading the Java / Open Source unit.My tasks included establishing a product / solution portfolio out of project experiences, pre-sales, responding to RFP and public bids and maintaining technical partnerships. I covered roles of senior architect and technical account manager on complex projects for key customers such as Milan University www.unimi.it, Ericsson and Deutsche Bank.

Involved in the ramp-up and launch of Hutchison 3G's UMTS portal, I was initially a consultant at the Italy Technical Office and in the team responsible for Italy-UK operations’ architecture harmonization. My duties included designing pilot services, establishing development methodologies, auditing software realized for H3G by global system integrators.Since 2004 I led B Human's on-site team of 6 at Ericsson Network Services Italia (born from H3G's IT division spin-off), acting as the customer account manager within a multi-year programme involving several vendors. I also kept designing several services and components on H3G's web and mobile service infrastructure, including self-care portal www.tre.it, real-time billing, digital asset charging components.

Hired as Practice Architect, I worked as Java and ATG Dynamo expert and coach c/o the E-Business Division’s Technical Office, where I participated in the development of big portals for Ducati and Pirelli RE, mainly in charge of third-party system integration.I also collaborated with Etnoteam's Wireless Lab, prototyping and demoing device-independent J2ME / JavaCard / GSM SIM Toolkit services.

I was recruited by a British dot-com start-up company which developed the first pan-European community portal. My work revolved around design and development on ATG Dynamo and Autonomy technologies, and managing network infrastructure providers to serve all European operations. I then contributed to architecture integration, following the merger with the German start-up Campus2day.
