• Receives, reviews, analyzes and validates data, documentation and or any other informationwhether manual or electronically generated for the completion of tasks required for thedelivery of products and/or services.
• Decides on the disposition of the transaction instructions based on internal and externalprocedures and regulations such as but not limited to documentation completeness,approvals and exceptions allowed.
• Performs the necessary customer service coordination such as but not limited tocommunicating with relevant parties of the transaction, offering alternatives and statusupdates.
• Reconciles and recommends adjusting entries in the resolution of reconciliation items in atimely manner
• Support in the planning and implementation of the unit's goals and objectives within thecontext of the overall corporate goals and vision within the framework of Operations Group balancescorecard and metrics

• Handles processing of transaction based on FIFO (First-In, First-Out) priority
• Posts transactions, entries and the like through access to the relevant application systemsand/or manually developed transaction capture from any approved and validated transactionmedia such as but not limited to.
• Adheres to standard turn around time for processing of transactions.
• Forwards processed transaction to officers/supervisor for review.
• Escalates exceptions, if any, for resolution.
