- Restructuring the monitoring process of participants to allow for a greater transparency and efficient analysis of participant data. Further to this, contributing to implementing strategies to ensure contractual KPIs can be met.- Providing ongoing guidance, support and signposting for participants in work. - Planning and delivering training to employment coaches catered to their training needs.- Ensuring that all current self-employed job starts are validated in a timely manner so that participants are provided with the correct advice and support from their employment coaches. In addition to this, appointed as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a partner company who are assisting with the self-employment process.- Continuing with all responsibilities performed as Employment Coach.

- Coaching participants and signposting them to courses/workshops to help them secure sustainable employment.- Creating and developing a spreadsheet to allow delivery managers to have an overview of job starts, commenced earnings and outcomes for all cohorts who have joined ReStart to date. Further to this, suggesting strategies to meet ReStart targets.- Improving and developing the tracking process of participants who have gone into work up to when they achieve outcome. - Acting as the JCP lead to ensure there is swift communication between the job centre and TWIN training. - Assisting colleagues by creating and maintaining spreadsheets in order to track participant data. - Managing all queries for validation of job starts and outcomes for self-employment at the Leicester office. - Proactively searching for and providing details of potential businesses to contact for the employment service team.

- Created Excel spreadsheets for entering student data for all year groups with use of Excel functions.- Working closely with Head of Department to track and analyse student data for all year groups.- Produced formative assessments for Year 11 students based on questions and skills identified as areas of improvement for the whole cohort and summative assessments for Year 9.- Developed videos and resources explaining how to use knowledge organisers to students as part of the Assessment Cycle Group for KS3.- Ran tailored after school intervention groups for students.- Monitored behaviour of all year groups daily, supporting teachers to pick up detentions and liaise with Heads of Year for further escalations.- Created home learning material for Years 9, 10 and 11 during remote learning (See Portfolio).- Presented to Teaching and Learning Leaders on how to record videos on PowerPoint and using- Used Microsoft Stream to create videos for remote learning lessons sent to students. - Developed resources for teachers to use when teaching the Entry Level Certificate (ELC) specification.- Collated and edited revision material for knowledge organisers used by Year 7, 8 and 9.- Prepared and presented for the Year 8 Teaching and Learning conference explaining how to use dual coding while revising.- Mentored SCITT and TeachFirst trainees.
