Member of Nespresso management. and- Accountability for the entire IT\IS solutions in the company as CIO reporting to CFO. - Responsible to provide technological support for the business to fulfill headquarters objectives focusing on customer facing. - Creating IT\IS strategy, setting support service level and IT measurement. - Implemantation of various Cloud business solutions- Leading the implementation of the business ERP, company call center, BI, MDM, supportive systems for Nespresso boutiques and systems for the professional departments. - Accountability for the Information security, PCI DSS, GDPR, Data protection, Data privacy, IT governance, payment technologies and information security. - Collaborating with Nestle and Nespresso HQ for corporate standards and Ways of Working, audits, budget management and internal controls. - Strong understanding in customer facing technology and Omni channel. - During my work in Nespresso I have lead various major IT projects including replacement of OS, establishment of a call center, lead the development and support for company WEB site, interfacing with SAP HR, member in the steering committee of the E-commerce platform and part of the management of the project and cloud solutions compliance.- Lead implemantation of new technologies and itegration to ERP

Accountability on the ERP system Priority which included implementation, characterization of business processes, support and end user training. Responsibility of IT\IS services in the company, Microsoft servers, AD, Exchange, Telephony, Backup's, images and networking. Working in a development environment to support fast recovery, DRP and developer systems.

In CDI I was responsible for the maintenance and support of all IT aspects including servers, exchange, backups, PC's support, printing, ERP support (Maale ONE) and ERP upgrades. CDI is a part of the manufacturing industry and required IT support accordingly.

My responsibility as product manager at DVDemand was to take ownership on the company main product (DVDgenerator). Always looking for next challenge. I specialized in understanding the architecture of the product the involved integration of the company software with several systems including a server, robot, disk array, SQL database and authoring software. I was responsible on the QA testing for the software and building the product in EXPOS in USA.
