As the Vice President of Human Resources for Balfour Beatty Construction's Southeast Region, I served as a thought leader and change agent that drove a culture of inclusion and belonging, resolved high level complex employee relations matters, developed and facilitated management coaching programs, delivered segments of winning pursuit presentations, guided executive level market strategic planning, crafted corporate communications, and designed/implemented the performance management system (program adopted across 2 US operating companies), university talent pipeline programs and more for a multi-location, national business operation. As a member of the executive senior leadership team, operated as a sounding board and business partner in terms of national talent management strategy, team health partnering sessions with external and internal stakeholders and organization change alignment initiatives.(f/k/a Centex Construction)

Provided guidance to each of the SHRM affiliate chapters in my purview across 3 south Florida counties. A conduit to sharing information and action at the state council level as well as national SHRM priorities and initiatives.

I am honored to be a Past President of the Human Resource Association of Broward County (HRABC). I served as the 2011 Chapter President, on the 2010 Board as President Elect, on the 2009 Board as Secretary (Officer). In 2008, I was an active member of the Legislative Affairs Committee. HRABC has been dedicated to advancing the HR profession by building valuable networks since 1968. Today, they continue to promote the strategic importance of human resources management in the scope of modern business.
