I am a Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on customers acquisition strategy and revenue growth. My target clients are medium enterprises willing to improve their marketing effectiveness and exploit digital marketing to increase their bottom line. I believe that in a consultant-client relationship the best results are achieved when working side by side. That’s why my approach is based on spending long time inside my client’s company sharing both the strategy definition and the operations management.Companies apply to me when they realize that, in order to acquire new customers and face competition, they need to invest in marketing to complement and support their traditional offline sales channels, but:✅ don’t have an internal marketing department and therefore need an Interim Marketing Manager✅ internal staff are overloaded or lack specific marketing and digital marketing know-how✅ are not achieving expected outcomes and need reviewing their marketing strategies ✅ are looking for an impartial point of view about how to invest marketing budget ✅ need a Digital Project Manager to overview and coordinate digital projects such as websites and apps creation My approach:📌 My action field is not limited to digital marketing but includes the analysis of all the elements that can affect sales performance from poor marketing strategy to inadequate internal processes.📌 Working side by side with the client’s team allows me to share my marketing knowledge so as to make the company more autonomous and conscious. 📌 When I start a new collaboration I don’t define the scope of my work once and for all but I can quickly adapt it in case new needs arise during the project.
