Following her promotion, EP Intelligence recorded significant results, doubling its investment and services portfolio. Mila represented the division at the highest corporate level and crafted a business strategy presented to the Board of Directors.With 16 years of corporate business and management experience, Mila has an extensive track record in product development, opportunity and risk identification, financial and technical project feasibility assessment, implementation, and impact assurance. She was responsible for data-led decision-making strategies as well as the overal financial and operational divisonal performance.Mila has significant knowledge of contracting, negotiation, financial performance optimisation, organizational strategy change, managerial accounting, economics, quantitative statistics, building up successful team leaders, divisional executives, client engagement managers, and sustainability consultants.
