Mila Vicquery is a seasoned Executive at Energy Partners and has been serving as the General Manager for Sustainability since 2024.Previously, she was in charge of the Intelligence division, supporting large South African corporations such as Netcare and Pick 'n Pay in their initiatives to reduce energy intensity and achieve ambitious ESG and sustainability goals. She was instrumental in equipping teams to deliver the Netcare Sustainability program, which won 4 gold medals in Climate Change Action and the SAEEC award for the most efficient commercial company of the year for three consecutive years. Prior to that, Mila spent 5 years heading the Senior Analyst Data teams as the Energy Platform Product Head. In this role, she translated technical concepts into business environments and vice versa, ensuring successful business execution of software development. Following her promotion, EP Intelligence recorded significant results, doubling its investment and services portfolio. Mila represented the division at the highest corporate level and crafted a business strategy presented to the Board of Directors.With 16 years of corporate business and management experience, Mila has an extensive track record in product development, opportunity and risk identification, financial and technical project feasibility assessment, implementation, and impact assurance. She was responsible for data-led decision-making strategies as well as the overal financial and operational divisonal performance.Mila has significant knowledge of contracting, negotiation, financial performance optimisation, organizational strategy change, managerial accounting, economics, quantitative statistics, building up successful team leaders, divisional executives, client engagement managers, and sustainability consultants. She has covered a variety of sectors, including healthcare, energy, transport, retail, cold storage, logistics, and agriculture.
