• Supervising all warehousing activities and managing a team of warehousing officers• Supporting all internal departments, as internal customers, with regards to items receptions, inventory checking, warehousing and warehouses housekeeping, item dispatches and keeping records of all activities• Supporting Facility Management, HSE, Security departments for all necessary activities• Supporting Sanofi Medical Department on inventory checking of medical codes of all promotional materials• Inventory and stock checking of all items (fixed assets & stored items)• Declaration of lack of goods and receipt of goods• Supporting provinces offices on necessary items (promotional materials required for province activities of Medical Representatives)• Supporting marketing and medical departments on event management (inside Tehran and provinces) including congresses, exhibitions, events in health care centers, etc. – more than 1,500 events in 15 years.• Coordination and supports for destruction campaign activities related to expired promotional materials (expired medical codes)• Providing all necessary reports for Finance, FM, Medical & Marketing departments in addition to ad hoc necessary reports during audit activities.
