With 10+ years of experience in research and lecturing in the fields of business culture, career development and managing cross-cultural teams, I am an exceptional research consultant. I have also undertaken my PhD in Enterprise Management. This study developed a new perspective and career approaches from researching the career development of self-made expatriates in China.I am known as being a strong communicator, with excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
