- Supporting one (or multiple) Unity Programme Workstream Leader(s) in tracking and reporting stream progress, resourcing & budget spend.- Act as initial gatekeeper ensuring that workstream stays within guidelines as defined in key reference documents such as sTOM, Blueprint, iTOM & agreed processes.- Escalating deviations from key reference to relevant parties in a timely fashion.- Accurately document Finance workstream interdependencies, key issues, decisions & actions and actively support in the resolution of these.- Support Finance Workstream Leader(s) in Project Planning and execution activities.- Co-ordinate the creation of management, financial and progress reports for defined Workstream Leader ensuring that these are delivered in line with timetable and in the agreed standardised templates.- Act as communication champion for defined Workstream Leader(s).- Work as part of virtual Business Integration team, developing best practice and being flexible working cross streams as and when business need dictates.

- Support the head of Finance Transformation Programme (FTP) on the day to day activities, i.e. status reporting, planning, budgeting and financial reporting, meetings and communications.- Serves as the linking pin between Local FTP PMO and the Central FTP PMO in the UK.- Ensure all Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) items are properly identified, documented, agreed, tracked and maintained.- Manage the Project Plans in conjunction with the bilateral of project managers.- Assist in the review of current governance structure (Change Advisory Board, Project Control Committee, Project Progress Management) and implement changes as required.- Maintain the Organisation Chart in alignment with the Ramp-down of the business.- Manage the Finance NV website in SharePoint as well as the PMO site.- Review and update the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Recovery Plan (BRP) for Change Management Business Continuity Program.

- Project manage the Group Finance exiting process aligned with the Finance Rampdown Plan.- Reconcile Finance external staffing with the Rampdown plan.- Assure cost reduction by securing bank assets for leavers e.g. laptops, desktops, mobile telephones, blackberry, credit cards, lease cars, Power of Attorneys, security passes.- Terminate charges to the group from service providers.- Facilitate the communication process from PMO to HR, Compliance, Legal, Finance Controller, IT, Audit & Risk re exiting staff.- Support management on demerger/integration/transition activities.- Produce the Group Finance monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report.- Maintain the Group Finance and PMO website.- Project manage Group Finance housing and parking contingents.
