During this celebration, people and organizations around the world are encouraged to understand, explore, experiment and discover the opportunities that coaching provides.Because of Sanction, In 2022, the activities of the Iran ICF chapter as the responsible party for introducing authentic coaching in Iran were stopped. Therefore, we, as the Infinite Leadership Development School Team, including four PCC Coaches, have decided to hold our 1st Coaching Talk Event alongside International Coaching Week to familiarize the Iranian community with authentic and pure coaching experiences. The event is an in-person seminar that includes Seven separate talks by speakers sharing their experiences in helping clients explore their potential in different coaching niche markets.Event focuses on the awareness of audiences to understand the impact of different coaching niche markets via an interactive program with speakers.After 2 months of planning and round-the-clock efforts by the executive team, the event was successfully held on Friday, May 12, 2023, at the Iran Industrial Management Organization’s conference hall with the presence of more than 230 attendees for 3 hours.
