• Manage, plan and conduct a range of analytical tests in accordance with the inspection plan in a timely manner• Report test result by presenting trend data using a combination of LIMS and MS Office programs• Report defective or inaccurate equipment and assist in the troubleshooting process to resolve the issue• Perform the development and validation of new and existing in-house analytical techniques• Maintain, calibrate, validate, and make minor repairs of analytical instruments with a high degree of precision• Enforce compliance with the statutory safety requirements of Laboratory operations to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and implement proper corrective actions when required• Supervise warehouse operations and collaborate with the procurement department to guarantee the availability of sufficient supplies and order necessary materials• Demonstrate effective communication skills to effectively participate in teamwork• Participate and utilize 5S, standard work, and visual management tools and processes• Maintain laboratory accreditation in testing and sampling in accordance with ISO-17025 requirements• Monitor compliance with ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 requirements in laboratory management • Cooperate with peers to interpret result data and observation, perform numerical calculations, and make decisions regarding sample approval or rejection (re-sampling or re-analyzing)

• Ensure that all work practices are performed to relevant standards and SOPs• Ensure that analytical procedures are conducted in accordance with QC accreditation requirements• Monitor productivity and ensure high-quality production• Supervise of work health and safety requirements• Conduct polymer lab testing to check finished products• Perform thermal analysis and determine the thermal properties of polymers• Prepare accurate, precise and traceable results compliant with ISO-17025• Manage investigations of out-of-spec results• Report irregular results to the Chemist Team Leader• Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment• Maintain laboratory records in a systematic and logical manner, including calibration records, analytical results, test reports, and maintenance records in LIMS system

• Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions for testing and analysis in accordance with laboratory procedure• Conduct lab testing, such as physical and chemical tests on raw materials, in-process intermediates, and finished products• Determine chemical and physical properties using instrumental and wet chemistry techniques• Analysis of the data, review the results, and report them to the supervisor• Maintain accurate records and input them into the LIMS system• Maintain a clean, organized, and operational lab with a high standard of general housekeeping• Assist other team members and senior lab personnel as necessary
