Primarily responsible for maintaining availability (configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting) of platforms for delivering voice services over mobile (CS domain) and fixed network (IMS domain). Responsible for configuration / administration of complex systems used for monitoring / reporting in the areas of voice and data services.Good overall knowledge of how services are delivered end-to-end, with focus and in-depth knowledge of core network architectures (GSM / UMTS / IMS) and used protocols, which includes legacy circuit switched networks (CS Core Network) and next generation IP based networks (IMS Core Network).Experience working with following technologies and services (primarily ZTE equipment):▪ IMS Core Network (voice): CSCF, SSS, MGCF, MGW, SBC, ENUM DNS▪ CS Core Network (voice, SMS, roaming, interconnection): MSCS, MGW, HLR/MNP▪ Monitoring & Reporting platforms – Anritsu (MasterClaw), Polystar (Osix/Jupiter), HP Data Network Analytics▪ Routing & Switching equipment in core network domainBeside operational tasks I took role in couple of large scale International projects that demonstrated my knowledge and helped me further polish my skills. Projects (individual work - design/implementation/documentation): ▪ First Bank of Montenegro - Implementation, configuration and maintenance of Message Archiver, Spam Firewall and NG Firewalls (HTTP/S Proxy, IPS/IDS, Web/App/URL filtering...) and their integration with Exchange and Active Directory (hardware and virtual appliances (VMware), HA deployment, clustering, load balancing…).▪ Ministry of Finance - (New datacenter) Setting up VMware cluster, configuring switches (VLANs, channel bonding, load balancing, stacking…), installation and configuration of WIN 2012 Server environment - appropriate roles and features (AD, WSUS, DNS…). Migration of old hardware SAP environment to the new hardware. Installing and configuring NG Firewall (IPS/IDS, VPNs towards outside partners/workers). Operating, troubleshooting and maintenance of all other datacenter elements (both system level (storage, backup, servers) and application level (SAP troubleshooting)).▪ Montenegro Investment Credit - Implementation of new NG Firewall at central and remote locations (IPS, Web/App/URL filtering, VPNs toward remote locations and remote workers). Implementing and configuring MAIL server and VoIP/FoIP system and their integration with AD. Backup implementation. Virtualizing servers and migrating machines to virtual environment.▪ Swiss Insurance - (new IT infrastructure) - switches, virtualized servers, MAIL server, WIN 2012 Server environment (AD - appropriate policies, WSUS, DNS…), NG Firewall (IPS, HTTP/S Proxy, VPNs towards remote locations and remote workers), Spam & Antivirus filtering (open source solutions). ▪ Controlling initiated purchases. ▪ Creating purchase orders (Oracle ERP) (for Telenor MNE/SRB). ▪ Evaluation of external suppliers and preparation of appropriate internal documents. ▪ Conducting tender processes (for Telenor MNE/SRB) – Preparing and issuing RFQs, evaluating received bids, vendor negotiation and preparation of final decision documents.

▪ Managing firewalls deployed at client locations.▪ Establishing and managing VPN tunnels (site-to-site, client-to-site).▪ Analyzing QUALYS pen tests, applying appropriate solutions and writing appropriate reports.▪ Support for ASSECO ASEBA PUB2000 Card Management System (provides functioning of payment card process – implemented in almost all banks in MNE): - Acting as main interface between Banks as end users and Assecco SEE as software provider (first / second level of support – testing if reported problems exist / troubleshooting through analyzing code (T-SQL, SQL).
