Throughout my tenure, my primary role has been to assist the organization in harnessing the power of its data to unlock valuable insights, enhance decision-making capabilities, and propel business performance forward. I guided them through the process of integrating their data sources, laying the groundwork for robust descriptive and offline predictive/causal analytics. This initiative was pivotal in enabling the company to analyze historical data effectively and forecast future trends, thereby facilitating more informed strategic decisions.

After approximately eight years of gaining experience in various facets of operating models, encompassing both processes and data, I found it imperative to reassess my achievements and chart a thoughtful course for my career advancement. Consequently, I decided to take a hiatus to broaden my knowledge and skill set in the rapidly evolving fields of data analysis and data science. During this period, I dedicated myself to learning and experimenting with a diverse array of tools and technologies pivotal to the data value chain. I acquired proficiency in Linux and Bash scripting, and familiarized myself with Docker for containerization tasks. Additionally, I delved into data visualization and analysis by mastering Power BI, along with Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib, seaborn, and scikit-learn, to enhance my technical capabilities.To solidify my conceptual understanding, I engaged with seminal works on data literacy, including "How to Measure Anything" by Douglas Hubbard and "How Not to Be Wrong" by Jordan Ellenberg. These readings not only expanded my knowledge but also fortified my analytical thinking and decision-making framework. My journey of self-education, post-experience, reflects my unwavering commitment to continuous learning and my proactive approach to personal and professional development.

After completing my tenure, due to changes in the managerial structure, I made the decision to leave the company. However, to ensure a smooth transition, I took on the role of a consultant for the succeeding team. My responsibilities included finalizing the documentation of our completed work, refining certain details, and providing guidance on the architectural design and implementation for the next phases. This role was crucial in ensuring continuity and facilitating the handover process, thereby supporting the team in building upon the foundation we had established.

Throughout my tenure, I had the opportunity to lead a team of four, tasked with the primary responsibility of designing and implementing the conceptual, logical, and physical models of an AP data warehouse. We adopted the Kimball methodology to enhance agility in our processes, while meticulously designing the conformed dimensions to simplify future development and scaling efforts. As a foundational step, we first designed and implemented the payment data mart, setting a solid groundwork for the comprehensive data warehouse architecture. This approach ensured a robust and scalable solution, poised for future expansions.

Throughout my tenure, I had the opportunity to significantly contribute to the design of a capability model for a company with the mission of acting as a digital enabler and IT service provider for organizations in the courier and logistics sector. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in developing a digital transformation roadmap for Bank Tosee Taavon in Iran. This roadmap was strategically crafted using the BIAN framework, alongside the digital maturity model jointly developed by Deloitte and TM Forum. My contributions were aimed at enhancing digital capabilities and facilitating comprehensive digital transformation initiatives.

My expertise centers around the design and implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and capability models, leveraging industry-leading best practices and frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, eTOM, BIAN, and SCOR. My contributions have been instrumental in driving organizational improvements and operational efficiencies. Notably, during the years 2016 and 2018, I had the privilege of collaborating with Deloitte Luxembourg exclusive local partner in Iran. This experience allowed me to work closely with one of the leading global consulting firms, further enriching my professional skills and industry insights.
