Site inspections to verify proper sediment and erosion control practices and NPDES storm water pollution prevention. Prepare Environmental Impact Reports, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans and Environmental Site Assessments for new construction projects. Manage the mitigation and environmental compliance efforts for permanent projects. Design Stormwater pollution prevention plans and best management practices for construction projects. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of BMP’s. Obtain NPDES permit coverage for MS4 operators/municipalities. Prepare and apply for building permits.

Prepare and obtain environmental permits, assist with environmental planning and compliance activities, obtained construction and operational permits. Act as liaison between the agency and other federal, state and local environmental regulatory agencies. Responsible for environmental permits for pharmaceutical facilities, Phase I and II Site Assessment, Site Remediation Supervision. Preparation and submittal of Environmental Quality Board, EPA and Department of Natural and Environmental Resources permits for industrial and construction projects; Preparation of Air Emission Inventories for PR National Guard facilities. Underground Injection Control Permits, Spill Prevention and Control Plans (SPCC), Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), and Land Use Consultations. Supervise implementation and maintenance of BMP’s on different types of industries. Carry out Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Pollution Prevention inspections for construction and industrial projects, prepare and submit Inspection Reports. Worked with Environmental Regulations such as, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and Clean Air Act.
