With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about creating a diverse, inclusive, and empowering work environment for all. As the HR Operations & Diversity leader in the education industry, I oversee the strategy, policies, and programs that support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse and talented workforce. I'm involved in coaching and mentoring staff and students, and partner with various stakeholders to align HR initiatives with the organization's mission and vision. Previously, I was an HR Business Partner at PASS SB, managing the full spectrum of HR functions, and contributing to its growth and success. I hold a master's degree in human capital development from Asia e University and a bachelor's degree in project management from the University of Science of Malaysia. I am skilled in talent sourcing, diversity, coaching/mentoring, HR operations, and business partnering. I am eager to leverage my expertise and experience to support the organization and its goals.
