Responsible for cross functional projects throughout the entire project lifecycle across the Supply Chain Management (SCM):- Implemented procurement processes in SAP (in cooperation with the GPO’s group process owner) and ensured governance rules are followed. - Analysed business model processes and recommended selection of ERP and Mobile Solution for small Selecta countries.- Developed Selecta’s EDI strategy and implemented it in several countries. - Implemented customer survey and satisfaction index tool (BI)- Evaluated and implemented for the business relevant off-the-shelf/self-deployed solutions

- Implemented and rolled-out Movex- Provided assistance to the in country organization in requirements definition and process optimization- Planned, coordinated and implemented changes with int./ext. partners. - Instructed and educated 1st Level Support and Key-Users.- Designed and implemented ERP competence centre for 7 biggest Selecta countries.- Unified IT central and IT DACH processes based on ITIL as best practice. - Negotiated contracts with the external partners to ensure SLA.- Maintained control of defined process and ensured compliance.
