Leading a team of highly-seasoned members of the Guest Services to go above and beyond guest expectations. Beside running the day to day operation of the department, I am deeply involved in the training of new employees and the re-training of current, to the new and evolving standards of our industry. Servicing a very eclectic, ultra high-end line of hotel guests and all of the visitors throughout every aspect of the celebrity scene and in an organized chaotic, constantly changing environment. There are no unanswered questions or neglected requests at the hotel front and, of course, it all comes with a smile! Leading by example is my motto to fulfill our guest expectations, to strive for perfection.

Manage office supplies stock and place orders, prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets, maintain and update company databases, organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents, answer queries by employees and clients, maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments, distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages), prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, arrange travel and accommodations
