v Handling complete recruitment lifecyclev Responsible for hiring IT / Non IT professionals along with managing a team size varied from 3 to 4 recruitersv Work as a team as well as an individual according to the nature of requirementv Formatting the profiles as per the client’s formatv Handled in-house as well as client’s requirementsv Coordinated with the Technical Panel for technical interviews through telephonic / personal rounds v Identifying and sourcing potential IT professionals for all senior to junior levels in the Indian market (on permanent assignments) v Pre interview and post interview follow-up with the candidatesv Making sure that candidate is convinced by the opportunity given by the client and carry a good brand imagev Negotiate the offers and convince the candidates to accept the offer and join at the earliestv Interact with client for billing details and payments updatesv Follow up with clients for getting the latest requirementv Preparation and maintenance of the resource tracker.
