Project Management Coordinator
Current- MAIN TASKS:
- Ensure the on-time, within-budget and scope constraints of the projects portfolio for the New products development
- Collect requests for new projects to be valuated and started (demand management);
- Be part of the decision-making committee to valuate the initiation of new projects
- Help define the governance policies about the projects management procedures, measure the value created by each project and provide support in deciding which projects are most beneficial;
- Support account e commercial departments to valuate preliminary feasibility about technical and econominal aspect before the start of the projects (Business case);
