I am working for JIC (Jihomoravské Inovační Centrum) as a System Specialist. My daily routine is to help colleagues navigate in the CRM world of MS Dynamics, the MS 365 suite, and K2 ERP systems. Explaining the system behavior, fixing errors, developing new automation, and educating them towards a more effective working routine. In the meantime, I am leading teambuilding courses at Česká Cesta and building specialized high rope elements with Lanové Centrum Proud Brno.In my past experiences, I was working at Maintask as a Project Manager, making sure that our (mainly US-based) clients are happy with their Salesforce orgs and I the concierge at the gate. At ARTISYS, a company manufacturing and selling software systems for Air Traffic Control and ATC training around the whole world, I've been in charge of communicating with the customers and suppliers as well as managing my colleagues in-house. At JCMM, I was working as a project manager of N-trophy (a high school student team competition in experimental natural sciences), managing a team of ~30 externals in half-year preparing periods. A part of my work was as well to take care of the companie's Google Workspace systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting the IT-related issues.I have studied Sports science and training and worked part-time in various organizations in the Czech Republic.
