Key project - e-Collection & e-Legislation for Ministry of Interior, Czech Republic Aim of the project is to convert the whole law of Czech Republic, the history and creation process, into digital format. 8-year project of scanning, programming of complex application, building, researching, and implementing robust infrastructure, which will serve for next generation of all people.IT Infrastructure Project manager - Directing external implementation projects of IT infrastructure - Cooperation with software divisions in design, architecture, implementation, and operation deployment of infrastructure, as a part of complex projects- Covering customers from state administration, through health insurance, till bank sector in Slovak and Czech Republic- Managing projects from start to end- Preparing project set up, budget, timelines, methodology- Leading project teams up to 35 members- Reporting status of projects to customers and top management of company- Identifying risks of projects and their mitigation
